Canina® Canhydrox GAG tablets

Supplementary feed for dogs

Canhydrox GAG was specially developed for large and heavy dogs and provides high-quality nutrition for connective tissue, joints, bones, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and teeth. It is particularly suitable for young dogs, aging dogs, and performance dogs. Tricalcium phosphate is a substance found in over 50% bone and over 90% teeth. It can support callus formation and bone elasticity and has a positive effect on tooth enamel. It is therefore an optimal support for large dogs during their growth phase. Green-lipped mussel meal (from the green-lipped mussel Perna canaliculus) can improve joint buffering capacity by providing joint-active substances such as glycosaminoglycans (3%) and omega-3 fatty acids (3%). Vitamin C strengthens connective tissue and supports gums. Vitamin E and selenium act as antioxidants and cell protective factors. Methionine, a sulfur-donating amino acid, has a positive effect on joint metabolism.

Feeding recommendation per animal and day:

Puppies from the 8th week of life, young dogs : 2 tablets per 10 kg body weight up to the 15th month of life, in case of increased need: 4 tablets per 10 kg body weight (maximum 12 tablets) for 3 months, then 2 tablets per 10 kg body weight.

Older dogs, seniors : 4 tablets per 10 kg body weight (maximum 12 tablets).

Performance dogs : 2 tablets per 10 kg body weight (maximum 12 tablets) during the performance phase, in case of increased need: 4 tablets per 10 kg body weight (maximum 12 tablets) over 3 months.

Do not exceed the recommended feeding rate. Always provide sufficient fresh drinking water.
